Fiberglass and Kevlar Composites Manufacturing
|
The excellent strength to weight ratio and high durability has led to an exponential increase
of composite parts in the aerospace industry. The wide range of composite materials are fairly
inert and can be designed to suit most purposes with varying resin and reinforcing materials.
A composite part can be designed to withstand impacts, vibrations, and resist galvanic corrosion; however,
its high strength to weight ratio is one of composites most beneficial traits to the aerospace industry.
Advanced Aerostructures has experience in manufacturing a wide range of fiberglass and kevlar composite parts with molds
of varying complexity and size. Our fully automated autoclave was designed in 2015 to meet the industry's most
stringent requirements and handle a wide variety of resin and reinforcing systems.
